Opt in to relief work across providers, by radius and by availability. It is off unless you turn it on, turning it on says plainly that a shift starting soon may reach you during quiet hours, and cross-employer relief ships last of all.

Your hours

Clock in, clock out, see your own weekly total.

Your schedule is the first screen. Your week accrues; at forty hours an indication appears — weekly, never daily. Your manager approves, and you are told.

Offline if she must — the event queues, marked pending, and is submitted exactly once on reconnection. A clock event is never edited or deleted; a correction is a new record beside the original.

The rules that protect a worker

Positions, not missing features.

  1. 01No background check is run on youThe provider runs ORCHARDS herself. Aidepost holds only a status she types — never a result, never the content.
  2. 02No opinion about you exists anywhereAttendance is exactly one of showed, did not show, or late with a number of minutes. No rating, no comment, no free text. There is no field in the schema for an opinion about a person.
  3. 03Your pay is never computed hereHours are exported as hours. One arithmetic error becomes a wage claim, so the product does not do arithmetic on your pay.
  4. 04You are never chargedThe supply side is free, permanently. No organisation, no card, nothing to cancel.
  5. 05No address before a relationship existsA shift shows the work, the time and the distance. The house’s address arrives when you are confirmed.
  6. 06Your hours record cannot be deletedIt is a legal record. A correction is a new record beside the original, and both stay visible.
  7. 07What one employer records stays theirsAttendance facts are never shared between employers. You see your own facts and can correct everything recorded about you.
