What is here, and what is not yet
The internal toolkit is the first release: staff, credentials, the roster and the open-shift board, filling from your own staff, onboarding, clocking and the timesheet export, and the caregiver side free. Public job posts, applications and hiring, and policy signatures come with the marketplace. Cross-employer relief work — posting outward, claiming, confirming, attendance facts — ships last, because a two-sided market with one side empty is worse than no marketplace at all. Nothing on this page is a screenshot of software you can buy today.
Two audiences, one design
The employer’s side is dense and administrative; the caregiver’s side is sparse and single-column, for a phone held in one hand on a bus. They share every component; they differ in density and in the first screen. You are asked which side you are on once, in plain language, and never again.
